The firm implements two billing structures: (i) traditional fee arrangements (hourly-based billing) and (ii) alternative fee arrangements. The choice between those two is discussed at the outset and dependent upon a number of factors, such as the nature and complexity of the matter, as well as the client's personal and financial situation. Either way, clients always have control over the expenses incurred in their legal matters as the firm uses a secured client-attorney portal software which enables direct access into billing information at any given time.

That is designed to ensure transparency and provide the client with control over their case.
Traditional Fee Arrangement (Hourly-Based)
This billing model relies upon the time spent on a matter and reflects the volume of work that the lawyer has performed. Traditional fees are best for unpredictable matters, where the scope of legal services and the time required to resolve them cannot be anticipated in advance. The hourly rate at FARLEGAL is discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to the commencement of the legal services. Our hourly rates are tailored to each client, considering case complexity, services required, urgency, and income.
